Any person who lives in or pays property taxes in Rhode Island is eligible for a free library card that is valid for use at all Rhode Island public libraries.

Walk down the staircase to the library and enter Oz! Join library staff outside and in the Community Room for a Wizard of Oz Halloween with games and other surprises
